Shut down my drum samples website and moved all of the remix music samples to my new site. This is like a last ditch effort on testing the whole “free content/ad supported” website idea. This works or i’m done. That’s how i feel about it.

I may or may not be moving all of my remix music samples to a new website. going to make a big site again. I had moved from a big to small site but i think i sort of have to go bigger. going after bigger things. I could always fall back to small if i think it’s failing, lol. I always have a dark cloud over my mind on things.
SoundCloud has a site that you can upload whatever audio and then post the player where ever online. Hope you like the color orange, lol.
Been listening to new music from there. Anything is better than the major label stuff they force the world to listen to. Funny thing about that but i’ll save that rant/info for another post sometime.
Working on a song about a butterfly or it has “butterfly” in the title. Not sure if it will have lyrics or not. I’m guessing it won’t. I want to complete it this month. Not sure if i will or not. Kind of have other things on my mind.
Butterflies and dark electronic music do mix, lol.

I made 75 drum samples last night. The last of which i finished up this morning and was a distorted kick drum. I’m putting together a sample pack of 1,000. I will sell this on my website or a website. I haven’t decided. Can’t make up my mind as to have a separate site for selling of just have them on my artist site of dark electronic music. I don’t know how big my mask will go over on people, lol. Fu*k em’.
Made little Paypal graphics for my dark music site. Going to sell stuff from there. I’ve put off working on it for too long. Should upload the for sale content but was lazy and didn’t.
Today is the last day of school for most kids. The street i live on gets noisier during summertime. Hope the kids this year are of the good verity.
Why is it that most free music sample packs suck? And why the Hell do people thank other people for them? Almost all packs i have downloaded have ill made samples within. Like a click on a bass drum tail. How the Hell does the person making the sample not hear that?
It totally irks me!
I’m not sure if i should start a big project or do a one-off song. I feel amped so i want to just want to zoom through a song or two for the Summer.
Trying new things and trying to stay focused.
I’m online downloading more loops. Wasting time trying to keep my mind off of things. I was downloading bass loops. For some reason my isp bumped me offline. Now i’m just taking a break and blogging a little. I feel like that guy in the movie Fightclub because i have a lot of blogs (journals) with my thoughts in them. Killing time.
I’m not a big free loops user. I make my own. This week though i’ve been downloading loops. Maybe people download them just to cut up like i’m doing. I may be crazy but almost all of them seem unusable in their original form.
